  • No account required to apply. Runners click your link and submit.
  • Multi race by default. Every major you hold bibs for, side by side.

Vetting engine

Vet an entire applicant pool in one click

Capvera researches every applicant against public fundraising pages, published race results, employment signals, and do not accept records shared across charities. You get a cited profile and a score, not a guess.

  • Every fact is sourced. Each line links to the public page it came from.
  • Your weights, your call. Start from our default rubric, then dial up what your program actually values.
  • Never an auto reject. A flag starts a conversation, it does not end one.

See who is behind while there is still time

Live totals pulled from the platforms your runners already use, rolled up by race.

  • Keep your platform. Capvera reads totals, it does not replace the fundraising tools you already use.
  • Committed versus at risk. Know your exposure before the deadline, not after.
  • Coach earlier. Sort by who needs a nudge this week.

Applicants stop emailing you for an update

Every applicant gets a status page of their own: where they sit, what happens next, their waitlist position, and what the minimum actually means. The questions that fill your inbox answer themselves.

  • Live waitlist positions. They move up, they see it, you hear nothing.
  • One account, many charities. Runners track every application in one place.

FAQ

What charities ask us first

Where does the vetting data come from?

Public sources only. Published race results, public peer to peer fundraising pages, public employment records, and do not accept records that participating charities choose to share. Every fact in a profile links to the page it came from, so your team can check the evidence before deciding.

Does Capvera reject applicants for us?

No. A score and a flag are inputs to a human decision, never the decision. Nobody is removed from your pipeline automatically and you can override anything.

Do runners need an account to apply?

No. They click your application link and submit. Their status page is created afterward, so nothing stands between an interested runner and a completed application.

Can we keep our current fundraising platform?

Yes. Capvera sits on top of what your runners already use and pulls totals in. It replaces the spreadsheet and the inbox, not your fundraising platform.

What happens to the applications we already have?

Send us the spreadsheet and we import it. A live program can move over mid season without restarting the pipeline.
